We planned a summer carnival in the park at the start of the summer, predicting that parents would be more enthusiastic about bringing their children to the park following the lifting of pandemic restrictions. Simultaneously, we conducted an in-depth analysis of our customers' emotional needs, offering face painting, game props, snacks and drinks to appeal to a broader range of potential customers while gathering information on completed sales.
